This course is suitable for any staff in senior positions (including room leaders) or anyone wishing to develop their confidence. 

We will look at the Ofsted Handbook and the EYFS Statutory Framework, but will primarily be focused around:

• Having clear expectations and how to communicate them effectively.
• Being consistent in your approach and actions.
• The process of escalation or actioning poor practice.
• Leading a team effectively.
• Developing your leadership approach.
