This session is for all practitioners who work directly with children. With the focus of inspections being less on paperwork and more on practitioner engagement and interactions with children, this workshop is ideal for those who want to explore what this should look like in practice.

The workshop is facilitated by Sarah Neville and will explore:

• The background of effective interactions, including positive relationships and enabling environments, using lots of examples from practice to support understanding.
• Quality interactions- what should this look like?
• Effective engagement and tuning into children- how to do this well.
